Welcome to the AI-Powered PMP® Exam Prep Simulator (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our services. By accessing and using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy, and to be bound by our Terms & Conditions.

  1. Data Collection
  • Personal Data: We collect your name, surname, and email address when you create an account via Single Sign-On (SSO) from IIL’s Learning Center platform (https://www.learning-center.iil.com/).
  • No other personal data, such as IP addresses or sensitive data, is collected.
  1. Data Usage
  • Service Provision: Your personal data is used to create your account, track your learning progress, and provide AI-powered feedback during your study process.
  • AI Interaction: The AI system uses your data to generate progress reports, answer questions related to quiz performance, and highlight key concepts within exam preparation content.
  • Data Storage: Personal data such as name, surname, and email address are stored in Airtable. The application code is hosted on AWS servers.
  1. Data Sharing
  • Third-Party Services:
    • Airtable: We use Airtable to store and manage personal data. Airtable’s role is limited to data storage, and they do not use your data for any other purpose.
    • AWS: We use AWS servers to host the application code. While AWS stores the code, Airtable manages the data storage.
  • No Further Sharing: We do not share your personal data with any other third parties.
  1. User Rights
  • Access and Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your data at any time. Upon request, your entire account and associated data will be automatically deleted. Once deleted, the data cannot be recovered, and you must re-register to use the service again.
  • Data Rectification and Portability: If you need to correct your data, you must re-register via SSO as no manual editing of account data is allowed.
  1. Data Retention
  • Retention Period: Data is retained for up to 30 days after account expiration. If no action is taken to renew the account, all data will be permanently deleted. Data is also deleted immediately upon user request.

  • Encryption: All personal data, including your name, surname, and email address, is encrypted both in transit and at rest on AWS servers.
  • Security Measures: We employ industry-standard security measures, including encryption, to protect your data from unauthorized access.
  1. International Data Transfers
  • AWS and Airtable Server Locations: Both AWS and Airtable may operate servers outside the EU. We rely on both services’ compliance with GDPR for data transfers outside the EU.
