We are currently working on several knowledge management projects: based on RAG technology (Retrieval Augmented Generation), we are building several tools for project managers which focus on the rapid a broad elaboration of knowledge.

Would you like to submit your case study to the greatest minds in project management? How would they address your project? Have they written about projects which had similar challenges as yours, how did they go about it?

Learning to leverage knowledge is the next step in the development of our toolbox for project managers.

This will tie into the second category of products we are currently working on: ‘Learning While Doing’.

Learning While Doing:

We are building tools which can bring the learning and best practices to the real world, rather than bringing the real world into a classroom.

Learning by applying best practices has been challenging because project managers encounter best practices in class, in a theory-based setting and then, after maybe one or two test efforts to apply them, give up because real life projects can be overpowering in both speed and accountability.

 Our solutions go the other way around:

we offer a tool which the project managers can rely on when they encounter a challenge, and apply it directly in the field, time and time again, creating new habits and more effective ways of working.
